Can I join escalations for free?
Yes! Free escalations are open to all registered engineers regardless of subscription plan. Paid escalations also allow you to join and earn — the escalator sets your payout percentage.
How does the escrow work?
When an escalation creator funds a paid bounty, Paystack holds the funds securely in escrow. Funds are only released when the escalator marks the issue as resolved and confirms payout percentages for each engineer.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my cases if I downgrade?
All your documented cases are saved permanently. Public cases remain visible to the community, and private cases remain in your dashboard.
How are payouts sent to engineers?
Payouts are sent directly to engineers' registered Nigerian bank accounts via Paystack transfer, typically within 1–2 business days of the escalation being resolved.
