Netshoota was born from a gap we experienced firsthand in the African telecom industry. While working at major vendors and telcos, we documented hundreds of network issues internally — but had no way to share that knowledge with the wider engineering community or get paid for our expertise.
To become the central knowledge hub and collaboration platform for network engineers across Africa. We believe that every troubleshooting experience is valuable, and every engineer deserves to be recognized and compensated for their expertise.

When a critical issue hits, engineers create an escalation. All registered engineers are notified. The best 3 experts can join the group, sign an NDA, and collaboratively troubleshoot in real-time.
Escalations can be free or paid with a bounty. Paystack escrow holds the funds until resolution. The platform takes 10% commission, the rest goes directly to engineers' bank accounts.
