From creating your profile to getting paid for solving critical network issues — here's the complete flow.

STEP 01

Create Your Engineer Profile

Add your name, company, and country
Enter your certification details (CCIE, HCIE, JNCIE, etc.)
Add bank details for payout via Paystack
Choose a subscription plan (Monthly ₦2,500 / Yearly ₦10,000)

STEP 02

Document Your Cases

Write up each case with 4 sections: Problem, Handling Procedure, Solution, Root Cause
Upload topology diagrams, configs, scripts, and PCAP files per section
Tag with vendor (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, etc.) and severity
Make it public to build reputation, or keep it private in your dashboard

STEP 03

Escalate Critical Issues

Create an escalation with problem description, severity (P1–P4), and file uploads
Choose Free or Paid (set bounty amount — held in Paystack escrow)
All registered engineers receive email notification instantly
Engineers apply to join — you review their case history and certifications

STEP 04

Build Your Troubleshooting Group

Accept up to 3 engineers into your escalation group
Each accepted engineer must sign an auto-generated NDA
NDA unlocks access to sensitive files, configs, logs, and the group chat
Auto-generate a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link for screensharing

STEP 05

Collaborate in Real-Time

Real-time Socket.IO group chat inside the escalation
Share debug output, commands, and findings in the chat
Join the video call for collaborative troubleshooting
All members see the same files, topology, and configs

STEP 06

Resolve & Get Paid

Mark the escalation as resolved once the issue is fixed
Set payout percentages for each engineer based on contribution
Platform deducts 10% commission from the bounty
Remaining 90% is transferred directly to engineers' Nigerian bank accounts via Paystack
