We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, company, certifications, and bank details for payout purposes. We also collect usage data including cases you create, escalations you participate in, and your activity on the platform.
We use your information to provide the Netshoota service, process escalation payouts via Paystack, send notifications about escalations and cases, build your reputation profile, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Bank account details are stored encrypted and are only used for Paystack payout transfers. We do not store full card numbers. All payment processing is handled by Paystack, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. File uploads are stored encrypted on AWS S3. We use secure authentication via NextAuth.js with JWT tokens.
Information shared within escalation groups is governed by the NDA signed by all participants. Netshoota does not use escalation-specific technical content for any purpose other than facilitating the escalation resolution.
